1. Terms of Service
A. Architectural LED Mirror Specifications
All items sold by Citadel Atelier are manufactured to rigorous architectural standards. Because custom framing and mirror glass production involve precision fabrication, minor dimension tolerances (within ±2–3 mm) and slight variations in ambient LED color rendering may occur.
B. Orders, Pricing & Cancellations
- Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of domestic surface transit charges unless specified otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from typographical pricing errors or technical inaccuracies.
- Standard orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before production or custom crating begins. Bespoke or custom-sized units cannot be cancelled once manufacturing commences.
C. Limitation of Liability & Electrical Installation
Citadel Atelier provides plug-and-play or hardwire-ready LED mirrors built with standard safety-compliant internal power drivers. Installation must be conducted by a qualified electrician or technician in compliance with local electrical safety codes. Citadel Atelier is not liable for incidental damage resulting from improper wall anchorage or faulty on-site electrical wiring.
2. Privacy Policy (Compliance with DPDP Act 2023 & IT Act 2000)
A. Information Collected
We collect essential personal data to process, fulfill, and deliver your orders:
- Contact Data: Name, delivery address, pincode, phone number, and email address.
- Payment Data: Payment details are securely processed through end-to-end encrypted third-party payment gateways (UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Cards). Citadel Atelier does not store complete card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials.
- Logistics Data: Delivery addresses and contact phone numbers are shared solely with authorized courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart) for dispatch, transit tracking, and delivery notifications.
B. Data Protection & Non-Disclosure
Citadel Atelier maintains administrative and technical safeguards to secure your personal records. We never rent, sell, or monetize customer data to third-party advertisers or brokers.
C. User Rights
You retain the right to review, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal contact records stored within our customer directory by contacting our grievance desk.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to our products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
